Yes. Preventative gynecologic care and annual well-woman evaluations remain an important part of the membership and overall women’s health strategy.
Do you offer care for sexual wellness and pelvic health?
Yes.
These concerns are often under-discussed but are an important part of overall well-being.
Dr. Poncy provides a clinical, discreet, and thoughtful approach to:
- Vaginal health and comfort
- Libido and intimacy concerns
- Pelvic floor function
- Post-menopausal changes
Care is always handled with sensitivity and complete discretion.
Is this membership only for menopause?
No. Many women begin experiencing hormonal and metabolic changes in their late 30s and 40s. The membership supports women in perimenopause, menopause, and women simply seeking preventative wellness care.
Is this membership appropriate for healthy women?
Yes. Many members are already healthy and active but want a physician partner focused on prevention, longevity, optimization, and maintaining long-term wellness.
Why are more women seeking restorative and preventative care?
Today’s women are juggling demanding careers, relationships, children, aging parents, and nonstop schedules — all while trying to maintain their health, energy, confidence, and appearance. For many women between 35 and 55, the traditional “wait until something is wrong” model of healthcare no longer feels good enough.
Instead, more women are seeking restorative and preventative care to stay ahead of burnout, hormonal changes, fatigue, weight gain, sleep issues, anxiety, and early signs of aging before they begin affecting quality of life.
Women in this stage of life are often high-performing, health-conscious, and proactive. They want answers when they feel “off,” even if routine lab work appears “normal.” They are looking for personalized medical care that focuses on optimization, prevention, longevity, and feeling like themselves again — not simply treating disease after it develops.
Restorative and preventative medicine takes a more comprehensive approach by evaluating hormones, metabolism, inflammation, stress, sleep quality, nutrition, and lifestyle factors that can quietly impact how a woman feels every day. Symptoms like brain fog, irritability, low libido, stubborn weight gain, poor sleep, low motivation, and fatigue are often dismissed as “stress” or “just getting older,” when in reality they may be signs of underlying hormonal or metabolic imbalance.
More women are also prioritizing advanced preventative screenings and wellness strategies to better understand their future health risks. From cardiovascular screening and hormone evaluation to metabolic testing and longevity-focused care, women today want to make informed decisions that protect both their current health and long-term vitality.
Perhaps most importantly, women ages 35–55 are no longer waiting until they are completely exhausted to seek help. They are investing in themselves earlier — physically, mentally, and emotionally — because they understand that prevention is far easier than recovery.
Restorative and preventative care is not about vanity. It is about helping women feel energized, focused, emotionally balanced, confident, healthy, and fully present for the life they are building.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards (for qualifying services), and digital wallet payments. Prepayment is required for mobile visits.
What are the benefits of IV therapy compared to oral supplements?
IV therapy delivers essential nutrients directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system for maximum absorption—often achieving 90-100% bioavailability versus 20-30% from oral intake.
How often should I receive an infusion treatment?
Frequency depends on your goals:
- Wellness Maintenance: every 2–4 weeks
- Athletic Recovery: weekly or bi-weekly
• • Energy/Immunity Support: as needed during stress or travel
Are specialty labs and advanced testing covered by insurance?
Some advanced wellness or specialty testing may not be covered by insurance plans. The practice works to help patients access high-quality testing at competitive rates whenever possible.
What areas do you serve?
We serve clients throughout Jupiter, Juno Beach, Singer Island, Palm Beach Gardens, and surrounding communities. Mobile appointments are also available for hotels, residences, yachts, and offices.
Are IV therapies part of the wellness offerings?
Yes. While IV therapies are available as part of our restorative and preventative wellness offerings, they are offered on a convenient pay-as-you-go basis. This allows patients to personalize their care plan based on their individual health goals, symptoms, and physician recommendations without being locked into unnecessary treatments.
Under the guidance of Susan Poncy, MD, IV therapies may be recommended to support energy, hydration, immune health, recovery, hormone optimization, stress management, and overall wellness. Treatment recommendations are customized after a medical evaluation to ensure they align with each patient’s needs and lifestyle.
Does the membership include hormone optimization?
Yes. Hormone evaluation and treatment options may be recommended when medically appropriate to help support energy, sleep, metabolism, mood, and overall wellness.
Where are your IV treatments offered?

Are there side effects from an infusion?
Side effects are rare and usually mild—such as slight bruising or tenderness at the injection site. Our team monitors all clients closely throughout treatment.
Is IV therapy safe?
Yes. Every client undergoes a brief medical screening, and our formulations are compounded from sterile, pharmaceutical-grade ingredients sourced from U.S.-licensed pharmacies.

How long does an IV treatment take?
Most IV infusions take 30–45 minutes. Quick vitamin injections such as B12, D3, or Glutathione usually take less than 5 minutes. Mobile visits typically include a short intake and vitals check, so please allow a little extra time for set-up.

What is Longevity Medicine?
Longevity Medicine is a sophisticated, prevention-focused approach to healthcare designed to help patients optimize health, vitality, performance, and quality of life as they age. Rather than waiting for disease to develop, this modern approach emphasizes early detection, hormone balance, metabolic health, cognitive wellness, and personalized treatment strategies tailored to the individual.
For many women, the changes that begin in their late 30s, 40s, and beyond — including fatigue, weight gain, sleep disruption, brain fog, hormonal shifts, and decreased energy — are often overlooked or dismissed in traditional healthcare settings. Longevity Medicine takes a more comprehensive and proactive approach to understanding and addressing these changes before they impact long-term wellness.
With more than 30 years of experience in Women’s Health, Susan B. Poncy, M.D. offers a refined, physician-led approach to preventative and restorative care for women seeking to age with strength, confidence, and vitality. Her extensive background in women’s healthcare allows her to spearhead personalized medical strategies focused on hormone optimization, wellness, preventative screening, sexual health, and healthy aging.
This is healthcare designed for women who expect more from medicine — thoughtful guidance, advanced preventative care, and a long-term strategy for living well.
Can the membership help women who are constantly tired?
Yes. Chronic fatigue can be related to hormones, sleep quality, stress, nutritional deficiencies, inflammation, or metabolic health. Dr. Poncy works to identify potential contributing factors rather than simply masking symptoms.
What types of preventative testing may be recommended?
Depending on the patient, recommendations may include advanced lab testing, cardiovascular risk assessments, metabolic evaluations, hormone panels, inflammation markers, specialty wellness testing, and age-appropriate preventative screenings.
What symptoms can Dr. Poncy help evaluate?
Dr. Poncy commonly evaluates fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, sleep disturbances, hormonal imbalance, low libido, weight gain, anxiety, irritability, menopause symptoms, hair thinning, and overall declines in wellness or vitality.
What is the environment like at your infusion suite?
Our Jupiter suite provides a serene, coastal-inspired atmosphere—soft lighting, privacy, and professional care designed for relaxation and rejuvenation.
How soon will I feel the effects of the infusion?
Many clients notice increased energy, improved clarity, and hydration within minutes to hours. Full benefits, such as skin glow or recovery effects, may continue to develop over 24–48 hours.
Will Concierge IV MD treat me if I am not an established patient of the practice?
IV hydration and Wellness Infusions are not substitutes for medical evaluation.
Established patients presenting with acute illness, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, chest pain, shortness of breath, fever, or other concerning symptoms will require provider assessment before infusion services can be provided.
Non-established patients with acute medical complaints must be medically evaluated before treatment and may be referred to an office visit, urgent care center, or emergency department, depending on the severity of their condition.
Patient safety remains our highest priority, and infusion services may be postponed or declined when further medical assessment is warranted.
What types of testing or evaluations do you offer?
Your evaluation may include:
- Advanced hormone panels
- Metabolic and cardiovascular screening
- Inflammatory markers
- Bone health assessment
- Genetic risk evaluation (when appropriate)
Testing is purposeful—not excessive—and used to guide meaningful, personalized care decisions.
What does “restorative and preventative women’s health” mean?
It means focusing on identifying underlying issues early, restoring balance within the body, and helping women maintain optimal health before symptoms or disease progress. The goal is to help women feel better, function better, and age more confidently.
What restorative treatments are offered?
Offerings may include hormone optimization, physician-directed IV therapy, wellness evaluations, peptide discussions, preventative screenings, lifestyle counseling, and individualized health optimization plans.
Who is this membership designed for?
This membership is ideal for women ages 35–65 who value their health, want a more personalized medical experience, and are seeking solutions for energy, hormones, sleep, weight changes, stress, and preventative wellness.
Can you accommodate groups or events?
Yes. Concierge IV MD specializes in wellness parties, corporate wellness events, athletic recovery sessions, and bridal or golf groups. Group pricing is available.
Can Dr. Poncy help with sleep issues?
Absolutely. Sleep disturbances are extremely common in women experiencing hormonal shifts, stress, or metabolic imbalance. Improving sleep quality is often a major focus of restorative health planning.
What are the most popular infusions in the Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens area?
Top choices include The Edge (Athletic Performance), AquaRestore ™ (Hydration Therapy), Glow & Renew (Anti-Aging), and Lose It (Weight Management)—favorites among residents, athletes, and executives in the coastal communities.
Do I need lab work before starting treatment?
Not typically, though lab results can help tailor your infusion to your unique health profile. We can coordinate with our medical team for lab-based personalization.
Can I combine IV therapy with injection shots?
Absolutely. Many clients pair an IV drip with a targeted injection (such as Lipo-B, B12, or Glutathione) for enhanced and sustained results.
